Let your mood decide where you work today. Our Flex Pass coworking membership is perfect if you don’t need a fixed desk but still want the best conditions to get things done.
Choose your spot, connect to the Wi-Fi, grab a coffee and from 8H30 to 19H30, that space is yours! Tomorrow? Pick a different view.
Fixed Desk Membership
Want a workspace to make your own? Our Fixed Pass coworking membership gives you a desk that’s just yours! Leave your monitor, notebooks or that one pen right where you like it. No hunting for a spot, just plug in and start!

Frequently asked questions
Individual memberships at Kube—Flex Desk or Private Desk—offer access to inspiring workspaces, unlimited high-speed internet, meeting rooms, phonebooths, a podcast room, and events. You’ll enjoy unlimited coffee, tea, snacks, fresh fruit, plus a 20% discount at our on-site restaurant and access to community wellness activities.
For freelancers, we recommend our Flex Desk options:
- 4-Day Flex Desk: 49 €/month (use any desk 4 days/month, no long-term commitment)
- 15-Day Flex Desk: 125 €/month (use any desk 15 days/month, discounted if you join right after your free trial)
These prices include VAT and give full access to all coworking amenities.
Yes! Every new member is welcome to a free trial day with either our Flex Desk or Private Desk options. It’s the best way to experience O Kube before deciding on a plan.
For Flex Desk memberships, there’s no minimum commitment—you can join on a monthly basis and cancel anytime. Private Desk memberships require a minimum of three months.
Flex Desk memberships can be cancelled anytime with no commitment, so you have full flexibility. Private Desks require a minimum three-month stay, but after that, you can end your membership with prior notice.
Flex Desk and Private Desk members have access to O Kube during business hours, which are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 7:30 PM. Only Private Office users get 24/7 access.
O Kube is closed on weekends and public holidays unless there’s a scheduled event. For coworking and regular access, you’ll need to visit from Monday to Friday during business hours.
If you have a Private Desk membership or a Private Office, you’re welcome to bring your own monitor or small personal equipment to make your workspace comfortable. For Flex Desk users, since desks are shared, we recommend using only what’s provided or storing small gear in a locker.
Yes, you can add services like personal lockers (20 €/month) and monitor rentals (5 €/day or 30 €/month) to your individual coworking membership. These extras help make your setup more comfortable and secure.
