Frequently asked questions about our private coworking desks
Can I leave my personal items on my desk every day?
Yes. You can leave your monitor, keyboard, mouse, notebooks and other work
essentials. The desk is yours, and the space is safe, designed for people who need
a reliable place of their own.
Does the fixed desk plan include a locker?
Yes, a locker is included with the fixed desk plan, subject to availability. If you need
something extra, just talk to our team and we’ll help find a solution
Do I have 24/7 access?
No. With the private coworking desk plan, you have access during business hours,
from Monday to Friday, between 8.30 a.m. and 7.30 p.m. (excluding public
holidays). 24 hour access is available only with our private office coworking
space, for security and operational reasons.
> Is there a minimum commitment?
Yes. Choosing a fixed desk comes with a minimum commitment of three months. This setup is designed to give stability to people who need a consistent place to work.
Can I bring my pet?
Yes. Kube is a pet-friendly coworking space. As long as your pet is calm and
comfortable in a shared environment, they’re more than welcome.
Can I pause or cancel my fixed desk plan at any time?
After the initial three months, you can cancel your private desk plan with prior
notice, without complications. The rules are clear, and our team is always
available to guide you through the process
